Breaking Chainz Project, Inc (BCP) is a non-profit global organization specializing in the holistic wellness of individuals ages 18 and up.
Vision Statement
Breaking Chainz Project, Inc. (BCP) envisions a world that has access to free mental health services providing hope and healing no matter the race/ethnicity, religion, ability, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, social economic status, or disability of an individual.
Mission Statement
The mission of the Breaking Chainz Project is to provide free mental health services to all individuals impacted by trauma. As the goal of BCP is to render services to individuals using short-term counseling models, BCP prides itself on providing individuals with referrals and options for longer-term services when appropriate. BCP strives to assist in helping clients to master being “F.R.E.E.” (focused, recovered, educated, and empowered) by facilitating support groups and hosting community events for the promotion of healthy whole connections. In addition, BCP plans to launch a city/county wide 24-hour hotline for individuals in need of more immediate services.
Core Principles
Breaking Chainz Project prides itself on three principles: Healing, Happiness, and Wholeness.
Healing– BCP strives to provide a service to individuals that would promote the opportunity for them to become healthy again and live in a way that facilitates a healing environment in and around each person receiving services. To accomplish healing, BCP offers one-on-one short-term coaching to individuals seeking to regain control of their lives and empower themselves to re-establish their voice. BCP offers leadership development sessions to individuals operating in leadership positions in both ministry and business settings. BCP offers acceptance coaching to individuals seeking to gain insight into their lives as it pertains to their identity-based growth and stability. BCP provides group coaching to individuals who desire to build community while embracing positive change, accepting new coping strategies, and reclaiming their lives with freedom and hope.
Happiness– BCP strives to provide a service to individuals that would encourage them to embody a spirit of happiness. To accomplish happiness, BCP offers the opportunity for individuals receiving services and their loved ones to participate in weekly activities promoting a continued nurturing of happiness in safe spaces. BCP strives to cultivate an environment for individuals seeking positivity and growth while promoting laughter and fun.
Wholeness– BCP strives to provide a service to individuals and surrounding communities that would enable each person within to break the chains that may have been directly or indirectly positioned in their lives. To accomplish wholeness, BCP offers a variety of advocacy services that would empower individuals to not only find their voice internally but use their voice externally in places where their voices may have been silenced. BCP seeks to advocate against violence in the community by hosting a yearly vigil honoring those who have passed away within the year and bringing greater awareness to the needs of the community by educating and training individuals to use their voices in ways that would promote wholeness and solidarity. BCP also offers trainings, workshops, and power sessions to churches, schools, businesses, youth groups, organizations, etc. upon request. The trainings, workshops, and power sessions are designed to bring wholeness to communities outside of the counseling setting. (for more information, please take a look at our training page)
